We aim for a 100% natural label

100% of our products are made in France, mainly in Alsace and in the neighboring Vosges mountains.

The majority of our products are certified France terre textile, a label that unites the textile industry around a common desire: to preserve French know-how and jobs.

The organization is located in 6 of the 7 traditional French textile territories, including Alsace and the Vosges, to be as close as possible to the real producers.

Naturally our production is made in this cradle of textile expertise.

100% of our fabrics are natural

We work mainly with natural materials such as cotton, linen and hemp.

We favor the choice of noble fibers, from plants grown in the earth, and not elaborated in labs from substances derived from hydrocarbons.

Naturally, our entire design process is based on respect for local tradition and a love of the craft. We have our accessories assembled by local workshops of experienced sewers in the Mulhouse area.

Thanks to our short circuit and ultra proximity, we master and control all our transformation circuit in our regional workshops (in Alsace and in the neighboring department of Vosges).

Our eco-responsible and safe approach, aiming at maintaining our ecological heritage and the sustainability of our health so dear to us all, extends to the logistic cycle and the control of digital pollution.

Naturally our finished products are distributed from Alsace. Our products are stored, packaged and shipped from a logistics workshop in the city of Mulhouse.

OEKO-TEX® in brief…

The OEKO-TEX® certification has been valid worldwide since 1992. Standard 100 is one of the OEKO-TEX® certifications and applies to all raw, semi-finished and finished textile products, at all processing stages and for all materials.

The OEKO-TEX® system enables the rapid identification and elimination of potential sources of problematic substances at every stage of processing. As soon as a textile product undergoes further processing or a change in its chemical composition, a check is necessary.

What does the Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 label on fabric by the meter certify?

An OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 fabric has been checked at every stage of processing: raw materials, yarns, dyes. It does not contain any chemicals that are harmful to health.

The laboratory tests currently include about 100 test parameters and are based on international test standards and other recognized test procedures.

The more intensive the contact of the textile with the skin, the stricter the limit values to be respected.

What is the difference with organic fabric?

An organic fabric is also free of chemicals, but it has the additional feature of being made from environmentally friendly fibers. (The cultivation of these fibers is certified pesticide-free). An OEKO-TEX fabric can be synthetic (unlike an organic fabric).

L’entretien de nos produits

Afin de bien choisir la longueur de nappe qu’il vous faut, il faut idéalement connaître le format et la taille de votre table.
Ensuite, nous vous conseillons d’ajouter entre 20 et 40 cm de chaque côté de la longueur de votre nappe pour avoir un joli retombé.
En général, au nombre de couverts correspond une taille de table et donc une taille de nappe.

On compte plus ou moins un espace de 60 cm pour chaque convive.

Prenons l’exemple de la table bistrot d’une dimension de 80×120 cm. La table bistrot permet d’attabler 4 convives. 

Nos nappes sont disponibles en 4 formats :

  • Pour une table de 4 couverts (ronde ou carrée) : nappe 175×175
  • Pour une table de 6 couverts : nappe 175×220
  • Pour une table de 8 couverts : nappe 175×260
  • Pour une table de 10 à 12 couverts : nappe 175×300

Rappel du naturel : le coton est une fibre végétale naturelle.
La dimension indiquée est en format final et tient donc compte du rétrécissement naturel s’opérant au 1er lavage.
Il n’y a donc pas besoin de prendre une marge de sécurité, tout est déjà calculé !

Le tissu (d’une largeur 180 cm) vous sera livré sur une longueur de 3 mètres en un seul tenant.

Size guide

In order to choose the right length of tablecloth, it is necessary to know the size of your table.
Then, we advise you to add between 20 and 40 cm on each side of the length of your tablecloth to have a nice fall.
In general, the number of place settings corresponds to a table size and therefore a tablecloth size.

We count more or less a space of 60 cm for each guest.

Let’s take the example of the bistro table with a dimension of 80×120 cm. The bistro table can seat 4 guests.  

Our tablecloths are available in 4 sizes:

For a 4 place setting table (round or square) : tablecloth 175×175

For a 6 place setting : tablecloth 175×220

For an 8 place setting : tablecloth 175×260

For a table of 10 to 12 place settings : tablecloth 175×300

Natural reminder: cotton is a natural vegetable fiber.
The size indicated is in final format and therefore takes into account the natural shrinkage that occurs at the first wash.
There is no need to take a safety margin, everything is already calculated!

Delivery and returns

Delivery

Your orders are prepared and shipped by our logistics and transport center within 1 to 2 days after the registration of your order. Any order registered before 10am (Paris time) is shipped the same day and any order registered after 10am is shipped the next day.

You will then be notified by email and/or SMS of the shipment of your order. This notification will contain key tracking information so that you are kept informed of every step in the delivery process. You will be delivered in 2-3 working days after shipment of your order for a delivery in France (depending on the zone), in 3 to 5 days for a delivery in relay points.

A delivery in 24h to 48h (depending on the zone) can be done by the optional express service.

For orders with embroidery or personalization, please note an additional delay: orders are embroidered and shipped within 3 days.

These times are expressed excluding weekends and holidays. Pick up your order in store The Click & Collect of your order in our points of sale (retail stores) is free.

Delivery costs

The shipping costs discount is automatically applied at the final stage of the order, just before the payment.

Delivery in France is free for orders of 110€ or more. Below this amount, the participation to the delivery costs is 6€.

We also offer an express delivery service in Metropolitan France. The participation in the expenses of delivery in express will be then of 12€ whatever the amount of your order.

For the departments 2A and 2B (Corsica), the participation in the expenses of delivery is of 12€. The delivery time is 4 to 6 working days after shipment.

For the DOM TOM, the participation in the expenses of delivery is 20€. The delivery time is 7 to 15 working days after shipment. The delivery will be potentially subject to dock fees. In order to avoid any bad surprise, a personalized estimate will be sent to you within 24 hours after your request before the final stage of the order, just before the payment for adjustment of the participation.

For the countries of the European Union, the participation to the delivery costs is 12€. The delivery time is 4 to 6 working days after shipping.

For countries outside the European Union, the contribution to delivery costs is 20€. The delivery time is 7 to 15 working days after shipment. The delivery will be potentially subject to customs fees. In order to avoid any bad surprise, a personalized estimate will be sent to you within 24 hours after your request before the final stage of the order, just before the payment.

In case of variation of the prices of logistics (including labor, energy consumed in our warehouses, packaging, etc.) and transport (including fuel), our delivery charges may change. In any case, the final amount of participation in the delivery costs is displayed when the order is placed and before the payment stage.

Return

You have 30 calendar days to change your mind and get your money back.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days to return your products and get a full refund of your order after deduction of a contribution to the return costs equivalent to half of the contribution to the initial delivery costs with a minimum of 3 €. The refund will be made within 15 calendar days from the effective and controlled receipt of the product. The refund will be applied automatically to the account used for the purchase and/or the payment.

You made a mistake with the size or the color ? No problem, you have 30 days to return your products and get a full refund of your order after deduction of a contribution to the return costs equivalent to half of the initial delivery cost with a minimum of 3 €. The refund will be made within 15 calendar days from the effective and controlled receipt of the product. The refund will be applied automatically to the account used for the purchase and/or payment. To proceed with a return, the products must not have been washed or used. The products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, with the label. Otherwise, no refund will be made.

To proceed with a return, send an email to sav@labelhistoire.fr specifying the order number and the reason for the return. We will propose you, according to your geographical position, the most adapted procedure to realize your return.

The embroidered products are unique and personalized. They will not be returned or exchanged!
